A 50% deposit of the charter fee is required, upon signing the charter contract.
The remaining balance of 50% is required four (4) weeks prior to departure to our bank account

The yacht insured according to the Greek law, against risks arising from liability to third parties and damage to the hull, machinery and equipment in excess of the Refundable or the Non
Refundable deposit.
In Greece when chartering a bareboat yacht, according to the port authorities’ requests, the client must provide original sailing certificate/license, (in English language or officially translated).
Certificates for motor yachts, day-skipper or sailing on day-light only, weather limitations are not accepted from the Port Authorities
Booking cancelled, more than 60 days before embarkation, 30% of the total charter fee
Booking cancelled between 59 & 31 days before embarkation, 50% of the total charter fee
Booking cancelled less than 30 days before embarkation, 100% of the total charter fee
If the boat re-booked for the same period, the cancellation fees will be refunded, only the dossier expenses will be charged at € 100.-
Upgrades, subject to cancelation policy
*In case of a last minute cancelation, one month before embarkation, the client will be charged in full as we are obliged to pay the fees to the crew.

**Is not refunded in any circumstances and covers any loss or accident to the yacht, the equipment or third party, all risks of damage/theft whether through negligence or malicious intent, by theskipper, or by the clients. It is totally indemnified against in all cases.

Starter Pack: 2 Bottles (2It) of water, soap and toilet paper/head Mooring fees for the first and last day at the Kritikos Pier, in Marinas/Ports.
The boat is equipped with autopilot, GPS and, external chart plotter, shore power 220v, bimini top, sprayhood, dinghy with outboard engine and cockpit cushions
